WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

Van Dulken processes personal data. According to the GDPR, personal data is “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person”. Van Dulken processes your data in order to provide services to you. TO INFORM

You will also receive information about similar products and services from Van Dulken, such as confirmation of training schedules and new lessons/training. You can unsubscribe from these messages at any time.

REPORT

Van Dulken processes member data for statistical analyzes and management reports. HOW DO WE DEAL WITH THE SECURITY OF YOUR DATA?

The final retention period differs per type of personal data. If you have a membership of Van Dulken, we will in any case store your data for the duration of your membership. DOES VAN DULKEN USE THIRD PARTY SERVICES IN THE PROCESSING OF DATA?

Van Dulken uses the services of other parties. This only happens after security and privacy screening and only after the company has signed an agreement regarding the use and protection of personal data. Activities involving third parties: offering introductory lessons, (online) marketing, market research, debt collection, advertising and analyzing the effectiveness of advertisements, web analysis and applications/services used in the context of recruitment and selection, membership administration, customer service and marketing, mobile app, telephone contacts and banking.

THE JUDOBOND NETHERLANDS

Van Dulken is affiliated with the Judobond Nederland and provides a membership to the Judobond Nederland in the subscription for the judo lessons. This means that we also keep a national registration of members in the Sportlink program. The data that we include in Sportlink is name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number and kyu degrees in order to meet the standards for the Judobond Nederland.

PROVIDED FROM DULKEN DATA TO THIRD PARTIES?

In principle, Van Dulken does not provide or sell data to third parties. However, Van Dulken may be required by law or regulation to process your personal data and/or provide it to third parties. HOW CAN YOU INFLUENCE THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING
